I want to know if there is "liquify" tool in paint storm. I thought there wasn't but I saw someone somewhere say it was just called "wrap". However, I'm having trouble finding it. I might just overlooking something :/ Any help is appreciated!

This is a very simple question so I apologize for that but I'm having trouble assigning the cold picker tool to "f". When I open the define hot keys page nothing happens and I'm confused on what I have to do to change the hot key. Thank you!
