Updated and lost preassure sensitivity in my bamboo wacom. I did this on my 2 PCs and same thing. Reverted back to 2.20 and it's back

In Win10, when maximized, the bottom part still has a thin line that is not going full screen and it does allow clicking to the window below. Thanks!
