Couldn't open paintstorm,the application said cannot load groupicon ,cannot load form. It is the 3rd time of this issue,it can be fixed by reinstalling,but all the brushes and settings will be reset, there are some troubles with my program or OS ,I suppose.

Hi, There is an issue with paintstorm of late, the program couldn't open ,it can be fixed by reinstalling, but the problem can still appear mystically，could not find the causality, I had reinstalled 3 times :( :( Here is the screenshot and the logs , could you help me seek out the reason ？ Thank you！
