Re: Paintstorm won't read Wacom AES
Older/cheaper Wacom tablets seem to be degrading in support on pretty much all OS. I use Huion and XP Pen and issues happen less quickly, but still occur. I think the issue is because conflicting support in the standard drivers trying not to clash with all the different tablets now. More expensive /...

Re: curvy line breaks and jumps while drawing
I didn't reproduce this but noticed the same tendency in slower CPUs. I have issues with needing to reinstall Wacom drivers as well. Not sure if it's the conflict with Windows Ink but I had that long before CSP. Does OP have the same issue using a tool like Nezumi (there's a demo available if you do...

Re: Brushes have turned rough and pixel
Can you add texture bicubic as a setting as like Photoshop and percentile and/or fractional zoom reads to the preview panel? If the view is direct or shader based that should be only a small algorithm filter. I'm not sure if the view lacks up-scaling (say CSP gains its sharpness from higher-than-scr...

Re: Script Engine Refinement
If the script engine's quite difficult to maintain. I'd say keep that for macros but in time you could have like a internal script language that utilised handler hooks that can be programmed by macro recording also. That's way advanced at this stage I think, but writing global handlers might be usef...

Re: Color picker suggestion
I think they're following the sense of the gradient feature as instead of area sample, an accumulated amount of samples click by click? Not sure, but if so I think the ability to pick-build up the colour gradient of the brush like that could be useful. If OP meant history, you can show recent colour...

Pen dynamics and new standard tilt brand compatibility
What does pen direction refer to, what's it calculated from? Is it hardware identical to stroke direction? And pen rotation is Wacom art-pen specific, if I'm correct? It's very brand/model-specific and I believe patented at the hardware level so only Wacom users can use it currently. For caligraphy ...

Re: Suggestion Abilty to set hotkey to load default brush
Having multiple states of memory for a single brush may be useful. Copying the same brush multiple times can be quite obnoxious. Slight variants could be mappable as slots, e.g. pressing 1-5 or any mapping desired for those slots. Instead of reverting, there could be write-once/over slots that can b...

+1 on this, working along the perspective and arcs with this would also be useful.

I'd like to see: Repeatable texture as grain to a layer. Ability to open a read-only pre-saved document as startup template on load that on save creates a new document. A ribbon brush like in Clip Studio Paint so we can use real sampled ink brushes and strokes. Brush shape format where Black is Prim...
