I have the same issue. I noticed first after installing version 2.31 and thought it would be resolved in ver 2.32, but turns out it still persists. I tried all suggested fixes, like disabling windows ink, reduce the double click distance, reinstall drivers, etc, but it still wouldn't resolve the iss...
