So I am new here, but is there a way to fix this problem please, is it possible that the tablet option is not optimised for surface tablets/the surface go?

Critical ERROR when Submitting Tablet Settings on Surface Go
So I am new here, when sumbitting the Tablet Settings on the Surface Go it always says CRITICAL Error, is this a bug/compatibility issue, or is there any way to fix this, please?
