Please make it so that there would be an option to do alt-move a selection to copy but in the same layer instead of a new one. It's very inconvenient to have dozens of layers when you just want to copy some parts to do iterations on or quick bashing.

I assume you mean brush texture? I would love to have Hard Mix mode in brush textures too. Many of Greg Rutkowski's brushes uses Hard Mix for textures.
