Is there a way to have the "take underlayer colors" function exclude the background? It's frustrating to color a lineart with my brush constantly picking up the background color when it's not a real layer in the document.

Is there a way to fix color banding on painststorm? My monitor doesn't really have this issue, and I was surprised to see it in paintstorm while I tried to do a dark gradient with my airbrush.
