I will check the code. It works for me with intuos pro and cintiq pro 16 (newest drivers).

I made wacom touch gestures to work with Paintstorm. I can zoom, pan, scroll smoothly, without any issues. You have to edit AppGestures file in wacom drivers folder and add my code.
