I have a dual monitor setup and tried dragging the layers panel to the second monitor... didn't work.
Now I cannot get the layers panel back. Is there a way to reset to a default layout?
Do I need to erase some layout file?
Thanks.

You can change UI by f5,f6,f7,f8,f9 keys. Also you can delete folder "C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Paintstorm Studio\Data\workspace" and install paintstorm again, also you can replace 1 folder by 2 3 4 5 folder to copy UI from 2 3 4 5 to 1

@muddpuddle, you can also try to reset your multi-monitor setup to just one monitor (no need to confirm, let the 15-seconds-prompt return the settings back, but you will have time to move the panels and dock somewhere).
There's also one thing about the window. When I maximize PSS, it gets under the taskbar. So if I have my taskbar pinned to the top (and static, not hiding), the main menu completely vanished under the taskbar.
