I like the first one, how can I explain this? they look 3D or like they're like pieced together and not just like a printed pattern

named "Liquify Snake" but is on clip studio, I hope its not too hard as it doesn't wrap around the body, more like i think a dynamic pattern brush

I hate to tell you any different, but I don't believe that is a brush at all. I was able to replicate the pattern in Photoshop. I am assuming they created an overlay for their piece, or used Photoshop's filter gallery.

I've created you a similar pattern (as exact as I could) so that you may overlay it on parts of your picture using clipping masks, or careful erasing.

You could try to use it in a brush texture, but tessellation scarring and file size limits might become an issue.

hello, the pattern is a simple Voronoi
you can find it pretty easely and may be even in paintstorm (i dont have my version with me)
