PSS pressure graphs do not work for me

I have read and searched this topic and no answrs. I use a macbook, I use PSS latest version and just got a new wacom intuos Medium. Everything works nice, but I noticed that when I want to change the pressure graphs for a Brush i am using, the sliders and positions offer no visual effect on the brush! I click on all the pgraph modes and the brush stroke does not change. I am thinking that the Wacom tablet settings may be overriding the on-screen sliders in PSS, so I will fiddle with the Global Scale and see if that has any effect. The tablet is on tablet mode not mouse mode. Any suggestions to make the pressure graphs work for you without having to change the wacom default settings?

Are you sure that pen pressure works? Looks like it does not work for you at all.
