Intall Paintstorm on Fedora 28

Trying to install it on Fedora 28 Linux and see this:

I think it only for Debians...

Yup its 2020 and this package is still only deb based. Please bring this run file over to RHEL please!

as I know apt-get command works only for Ubuntu... so to make it work you need to manually install all required libraries
