When I start the application I am getting the following error message and the application shuts down.

Error Write File
C:\user\orgeke\documents\Paintstorm Studio\data/mixer.png

Error Save File
C:\user\orgeke\documents\Paintstorm Studio\Brush/groupicons/00010010.png

Please give help me out on this issue

Be sure that folder C:\user\orgeke\documents\Paintstorm Studio\ is exist... if not - try to run Paintstorm with administrative privileges
If it's exist - delete this folder - Paintstorm will create it again (as a clean version) at the next launch.

I have the same problem (though sometimes the second error message change a bit). I try uninstall/reinstall Paintstorm, I tried deleting the files, launching with administrative privileges but nothing works =/ I can't launch it at all.

It worked well 'till I install the v2.20 and since then I couldn't save any of my work so I uninstalled it to see if it would change anything but now, it's completely down.

I know this is an older post, but the solution is probably in antivirus. I'm using BitDefender and it blocked access (ransomware protection). Check your AV application and whitelist the program as necessary.
