Lock interface/shortcuts...

Is this possible? When I try to use one of the place shortcuts, I often resize it or move it by accident. I'd like to set it up and lock it in place.

have you tried to click "padlock button" at top right corner of the window ? (it's beside minimize, restore, and close button)
