It's not opening properly

Hi
I'm using Paintstorm for quite a while but in the last months I'm having a really annoying problem with the program.
When I try open the software, it starts in a normal time but in the same time that it's already opened, it seems that the program it's working veeery slowly.
I don't know very well how to explain it, but the program it's not working fast (as usually) and neither responding to my clicks, the mouse don't shows up in the screen of Paintstorm as well.
I really don't know what to do anymore, I already tried to reinstall, reboot the pc and fix all the pc problems with Glary... But all I did was in vain... So please, somebody can help me?
