I can't move layer mask to other layers on iPad.

But once I could move the mask accidentally.

This function is still not available
The only one trick you can do is:
click on a mask layer;
select all;
paste to a new layer;
make a selection from visible pixels (in the layer panel options - "Selection");
invert selection;
create a new mask from the selection

I see, manually copy & paste the mask.
I hope available the function on future update.

I tried to move mask on Mac version. I couldn't find the help but I did it.

Select the mask icon; Right click ( layer options open but ignore ); Hold the mask icon with left button; drag & drop to other layer
