Installs but STILL WILL NOT RUN

I am hoping this link works because it appears that once a topic is opened once no one goes back to it. I am still unable to open Paintstorm. I like your program a lot but I have a problem with waiting so long for an answer to a question or for a response to my response. Please at least let me know you have seen this and PLEASE help me fix this problem.
