Computer asking for registration key???

So yesterday I opened up Paintstorm to do art and the register screen showed up



I deactivated my code and then reactivated it on here and it worked fine. However, when I closed Paintstorm last night it crashed, and upon opening the program again it shows up like this. Because I can't deactivate my key until the 7th I can't do any art? I haven't been transferring it between devices and this is a major problem I have at the moment.

Is there a way to make it stop thinking my device isn't registered?

Adding onto this, it worked one day without needing the key. However, on that same day I was running a few to many programs and my computer crashed. This made Paintstorm go right into the same behavior explained above.

I figured it might be an internet connection issue but it doesn't seem to change if I wait or not for my internet to connect (I power down my laptop every night)

I've reached out to the support and they've fixed my account ^^

If anyone else has this problem just contact the registration department and they'll get to it.
