Paintstormstudio.com

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way to create a noise filter in paintstorm to give the painting a more textured look.
I know Gimp and probably Photoshop have this as options so I'm looking to recreate that.
Any help is appreciated!

I use icolorama on the ipad to do this.

On PS, If you had some textured image, you could add it to a new layer and blend them, or use a textured brush to selectively add texture
