Rotating from landscape to portrait

I cannot figure out how to take my existing file (which already has a fair amount of work put into it) rotate to portrait permanently. I’m not talking about rotating as I draw, I have an image that I want to just rotate 90 degrees, because I don’t want the line art to degrade. I don’t want to have to go through a whole process of resizing the image then cropping, which has been the only thing I can think to do. Every other art program I have used has this feature so I feel like it must exist on paintstorm. Can anyone help me?
