Start of the stroke without lag..?

In the video its removing windows inc from settings in the photoshop through PSUserConfig(if you are not familiar with this problem - just watch the video). And it's really helpful......in the photoshop, yea.
So...can i do something like this in peintstorm as well..?

there is no "airbrush" mode in Paintstorm - if you push pen on a canvas without moving - it will draw only one stump. Set stabilization to 0 or the pressure stabilization to 0 to get the result immediately.
