Failed to run paintstorm

Hi,
There is an issue with paintstorm of late, the program couldn't open ,it can be fixed by reinstalling, but the problem can still appear mystically，could not find the causality, I had reinstalled 3 times
Here is the screenshot and the logs , could you help me seek out the reason ？ Thank you！
