Transparent Pixels for PNG

I'm a game designer and I need to be able to make pixels transparent for game textures. One example is painting multiple blades of grass on one image. Can Paintstorm Studio do that? Thanks for any answers.

yes, 1st layer is transparent, it looks like white, but if you'll save it as PNG pixels will be transparent in any other soft.
