Hue Jitter

Is there any way to create a brush that has random hue variation like the color jitter option on programs like Medibang or Photoshop?
Of-course. You can add the random controller to H slider (in COLOR section of the brush settings panel) Also you can apply it to every stamp or to every stroke.
