First please, forgive my bad english:
This is a must have feature for me to use PSS.
This is because I draw in a cintiq 12WX, but the screen has very bad colors.
In Photoshop or CSP I always have open 2 windows (main monitor & Cintiq), but in PSS I only can see the cintiq screen.
So, I can't paint in PSS.
New window about same canvas
Re: New window about same canvas
I too would love this feature!
It is INCREDIBLY useful especially for bigger paintings.
One more main use here is: tearing off a panel/tab with a copy of the canvas window, and moving it to a different screen, so you can keep an overview over the entire painting while focusing on a small section on your main screen or cintiq.
Basically like a Navigator without the size restriction, that can also be moved to another screen.
This is possible in Photoshop(Arrange-> New Window for...), Paint Tool Sai(View> New View), Manga Studio/Clip Studio(Window>Canvas> New Window for example.
Sai goes one step further and lets you flip the separate view horizontally, which helps to spot mistakes.
It would be an awesome addition to this great tool

Re: New window about same canvas
You can't move other view to another monitor in SAI, it's just a different zoom variation window. In Paintstorm you can open current document in reference window and get different zoom for special part of image.zephy wrote:This is possible in Photoshop(Arrange-> New Window for...), Paint Tool Sai(View> New View), Manga Studio/Clip Studio(Window>Canvas> New Window for example.
