Hi,
I just wanted to start off by saying this software is amazing on the Ipad Pro and I am really grateful you made it. I have tried a lot of apps on the Ipad Pro some free and some paid for and they are no where as good as this one. The one I have been using lately and regularly is the software called Medibang Paint, but I am liking this one more because of the rotation of canvas by gesture, mixing palette, and quick buttons for changing tools, and the list goes on .
I had some suggestions for some future updates when possible, I am sure you have got some of this already asked.
1. I am using a software called Medibang Paint on my Ipad Pro and when you open the software it has three options; online (meaning saving to the cloud), internal (saving to the Ipad Pro), and create new canvas. When you click on the "internal" option it displays a thumbnail gallery of the files you have worked on in the Medibang Paint software and saved. I am thinking because the program is saving in it's native file format that it only displays those files and discards other files on your Ipad Pro. This would be great so we don't have to close the screen and look for the files in either Itunes or photos.
Is there any way you could do this? This also leads up to my next question concerning this.
2. On Medibang Paint when you save a file and reopen it later. The file still retains all the information that was worked on in the file; size of canvas, resolution, layers with names, if layers were locked etc. I am using the Paintstorm Studio lite right now and so far when I save to my IPad pro it's either through Itunes or photos and the layers get merged and when I reopen the file I can't continue working on the layers I had before I saved and closed. Medibang Paint when saving in it's native file saves the document with layers and all that even though it's not a .psd file.
Is this something that you can do because I like to work away from home and don't have internet access to save to icloud all the time. So this would be great. For me the layers are really important.
3. Is there any way you can allow us to customize our own canvas sizes with the measurements indicated in inches/centimeters as well as letting us control the dpi settings of up to at least 600dpi. Medibang Paint allows the user to make these choices and would be great if there is some way this would be possible in your program.
Thanks again for a great software and I really like that you take suggestions to further improve the app and update often.
Suggestions for future update
Re: Suggestions for future update
About (2): We don't want to create special Paintstom file format, maybe later, because it's a additional confusion for users. But photoshop PSD format have some closed parts for developers, what's why few of secondary parameters do not saving.
