Rebelle software has a feature like the eye dropper but it mixes a little of the colour picked with the colour you are currently using, the more times you click the closer to the picked colour it gets.
Very useful in general, especially for things like adding a little sky colour to shadows.

In case this feature gets implemented, I want to suggest that it would be nice if there also would be a setting, that allows choosing how much the current color will get mixed with the color you'll pick from. So that you will be able to choose if one click mixes 60% or 15% or just 2% etc. (For example.) (Everything between 0% and 100%)

Usually, this task solving by the transparency of the brush and also better way is to draw dynamic stroke on a ground (if we are talking about sky and ground) and pick better color from this gradient - in real life artists do it on a mixer palette but in CG we can do it on a canvas and then make undo.
