[Suggestion] Brushes panel to cursor on right click

(I am creating multiple post so that the discussion on functions can be more focused.)

Current Move "Custom 1" panel to cursor function only supports individual brushes. It'd be great if it is possible to summon the whole list to the cursor with additional quick tweak options such as size and rotation.
