Warping Tool or Liquify Missing

Hi everybody !
I'm on the trial version of the software and I was looking for tools to make minor tweaks like the Photoshop Warping Tools or Liquify. I'm not sure if it exists or not but I haven't find it yet if it is the case.
Globally the software is a pure marvel even they are some missing features or few improvements possible but for me as a concept artist for now, Warping Tool and/or Liquify, are the tools I miss the most and I think it should be a priority.
