tailored perspective feature

This would be an awesome tool to have in PS http://makezine.com/2016/09/22/quick-ti ... aper-clip/

Abilities are endless and it would definitely help out people who are learning to paint in perspective.
What do you think guys, could something like this be done in PS ?

yes, I think it will be available in version 1.73
