I like the new option to auto fill with color or gradient with the lasso tool, but the current implementation doesn’t fit with the rest of the app. There should be a connection to the brush attributes blending modes and opacity, as well as the ability to set it to delete instead of fill in the area described by the lasso.

For instance, if set to screen or color dodge, the lasso’d area would get progressively lighter.

Sketch Club’s vector tool is a good example of how it ought to behave ideally.
