Custom UI

hi!
i have to reload my custom UI every time i start paintstorm to make my wacom tablet right
is it possible to start with the one UI you choose by default
I 'll be very satisfied if the fonctions will be added
1 tabs for windows
2 brushes size more than 1000
3 button see preview for images setting filter
4 maintain lasso on + or -
5 when you transform a layer with blend different of normal it return to normal during transformation it is not easy to see result
very good program and now i make my drawing 80 /100 in Paintstorm
but because some lacks works 20/100 photoshop
