Suggestion : Rake brush
You can select brush form with flat dots and get same effect

It's clear... but not very urgent thing, maybe later we add this brush...

Ok, I add it to TO DO list 
We think it can be really interesting tool because we can add some additional functions, for example some of "circles" can tremble or change size along stroke - like in real brush. Or something more, we need to think...
