*.tar.gz version of the linux build

Hello,
We're using CentOS at the office, because it is the standard distribution for 3D (e.g. Substance Painter (allegorithim) or Nuke(The foundry)). But the installer assumes an apt-get package manager. Could we have a packaged tar.gz to download rather that that awkward makeself script ?
(and eventually support for industry-standard RHEL/CentOS)
