App Crashing Constantly on Startup

As the title says, the app is completely unusable because the app refuses to open and crashes every time.

I reached out to support through email and was told I could receive a refund but personally, it's one of my favorite apps.

How could I go about sending a crash report, I wouldn't even know where to begin on how to do that in iOS?

(I currently have the latest iOS update as of the posting date as well as having redownloaded the app from the app store so everything is completely factory settings essentially)

Both are the same, but the file system is different. If you've got site version, write to info@paintstormstudio.com with the request of change version to Mac Store (promo code). This might help, but not 100%
