New Issues

I just dded Paintstorm to a new PC. Specs are 16 gig Rm, rtx 2070, i7-10750h @2.6 ghz. When I do a fresh install app opens but brushes are a bit laggy. When I close the app and reopen I just get a black screen with the spinning windows circle. App doesn't fully open

Please Help

I found out it only stops working if I close the app from the Wacom screen. If I minimize the app and drag it from the wacam screen back to the laptop screen to close the program will reopen

Is this product still being supported. My issue still exists and I've had no reply to this thread or response to an email to support

My paintstorm is running fine on RTX 2060 with "game ready" driver installed

Are you running the newest version of windows 10 and a wacom tablet? Any ideas why it crashes when closing it when set to extend these displays? I found if I drag it back to the primary display and close it from there I can reopen it fine
