Image Resize bugs

When I use Image Resize there are several bugs.

1) When I enter a value into Width or Height it will decrease by 1 when I move from the field. E.g. if I type 6000 it will set it as 5999.

2) It will also decrease it by 1 every time I use the function.

3) Within the function, every time I move from Width to Height, or vice-versa, it will decrease the value of whichever element I click from by one. So if I move between them 10 times it will reduce each value by 10 without me having changed the values myself.

4) I can change the DPI but when I load it into another package, the DPI is the same.
