Critical ERROR when Submitting Tablet Settings on Surface Go

So I am new here, when sumbitting the Tablet Settings on the Surface Go it always says CRITICAL Error, is this a bug/compatibility issue, or is there any way to fix this, please?

Hi, try this work around for now:
Instead of clicking the OK box, just click outside the pop-up window (anywhere on the white canvas) and it should apply the settings.
