odd tablet behavior

So I just got Paintstorm, and there is something odd going on with my tablet where if i put my cursor all the way to the the left, the cursor appears on the right side. If I try to press any of the buttons the left side, it actually presses buttons on the right. It works fine with the mouse, but for some reason it feels like the mapping for my tablet is moved over to the left and I don't know how to fix it. And when I put the cursor in the middle, it completely disappears.

I also looked on these forums to find a solution and someone mentioned about changing the monitor by going to the forcetablet.txt file, but I don't seem to have that file.

Forcetablet.txt is the old solvation, now in Paintstorm 1.4+ you can change tablet engine in the menu-File-Tablet settings
