iPad V:1.52 (UI docked panels glitch)

Docked panels on either side of the screen will glitch at the very bottom of the lowest panel.

To reproduce:
  • dock 2 or more panels on either side of the screen
  • minimise PaintStorm Studio
  • focus back to PaintStorm Studio and notice the bottom most panel will be glitch img up and down slightly.
