Pencil textured stopped working

Suddenly tye pencil textured stopped working at all. All other brushes still work.
Is there any specific setting that might explain this?.
By the way, is there any RESET all settings option anywhere?.

To reset current brush Rightclick on it - Load default brush
To reset all brushes - right click - reset all brushes
To reset other - menu-other-reset to default
