On the iPad, I tried to import about 20 .abr brush sets. I think 9 out of 10 failed to import. I then tried to import them into the PC version of Painstorm. Most of those worked. Then I tried to import those Paintstorm brushes into the Paintstorm on my iPad. Some of them still failed, even though they imported properly on the PC. So I guess there's a real problem importing Photoshop brushes. Also, the brushes that did import do not perform well. When painting with the brush, there are steps between each dab. With the spacing set to zero, there are still steps.
Finally, high resolution Photoshop brushes fail to import in both the desktop PaintStorm and iOS.
iOS, Importing Photoshop .abr brushes
Re: iOS, Importing Photoshop .abr brushes
if you create brushes for imported forms it's inherit setting of current selected brush, what's why it can be different with every PC. Better to import it in the brush forms window and create brushes individual.
