Cannot install Paintstorm on windows 10

Hello guys!

So I downloaded the newest version of Paintstorm 1.60 on my windows 10 machine, and now I cannot install it because a message pops up saying :
"This app can't run on your PC. Please find a version that does."
Any help here is greatly appreciated.

P.S.:
I tried running it as administrator with no luck. There is no way to change installation compatibility settings.

You can try:
1)install x86 version
2)disable antivirus at the moment of installation
3)ask link to unpacked paintstorm program folders at info@paintstormstudio.com
