color panel

Post by bryan944 » Mon Oct 24, 2016 2:35 pm

When I am using the COLOR panel to create a stroke with two colors, sometimes the color gets stuck on a Gradient and no matter what I do I can't change the colors unless I go to Gradient and create a new. Other times for a different brush, I can change the colors based on the color picker. Once the Gradient gets stuck, there is nothing I can do but recreate the same brush. Even if I copy the old brush and try to change it, it is still stuck on Gradient. I have created the same exact brush (to one of the ones that are stuck) and if I start from scratch, it works fine.

Is this a bug or is there something that happens if you use the gradient first that prevents you from picking colors from the color picker.
Thanks

Can you confirm that neither "Use Radial" or "Use Linear" options are checked...

yes, but no matter which one I choose, it stays stuck on the gradient.
