Strange brush behavior.

Post by Dalaron » Mon Dec 19, 2016 1:17 am

I have noticed this issue happening since the last update. On many of my brushes, while I am working the color of the brush changes to a darker one, i am not pressing or doing anything, it just does that randomly. I tried to see what is causing it, and noticed that on the Roller brush 2 it does it on the second stroke and then it starts doing it randomly. I tried resetting the brushes, restarting Paintstorm, doesn't fix it.

Hi! I also noticed this on some of my brushes a couple days ago.

I discovered the problem for me (on iPad Pro) that it happened when I was creating a brush with "RANDOM' parameter settings. By disabling the Random influence on that brush, it stopped happening. However, I've tried to recreate the problem and enabling random settings doesn't seem to bring the problem back consistently.

As I can see - you use transparency brush pressure dynamic - try to lirrle increase left edge of controller(minimal amount for transparency) I'am suggest thet this bug called in the transparency zero point

Yup, that solved it for now, hope it won't reappear. Thanks!
