Installs but Still WILL NOT RUN

I am hoping this link works because it appears that once a topic is opened once no one goes back to it or maybe I am posting it in the wrong forum.. I am still unable to open Paintstorm. I like your program a lot but I have a problem with waiting so long for an answer to a question or for a response to my response. Please at least let me know you have seen this and PLEASE help me fix this problem.

Things I have tried:
I have updated the graphics driver
tried loading in safemode
turned off all antivirus software and firewall software
uninstalled and reinstalled
after uninstall i deleted all files and folders associated to paintstorm before I reinstalled.
I have tried to run it as administrator
Set to maximize

On a PC it might be best to use "run as administrator" because of file rights

Maybe try to install Microsoft redistribute 2015 manually

Still can't get paintstorm running

I manually uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft redistributable 2015
Removed software redistrubtion folder in case it was corupt (it was recreated)
I made sure all my windows updates were installed (and yes there were a few)
turned off Nortons before trying to install the program
Installed as admin
I've attached the log below
Anything else you can think of I can try. I do have two license and it works fine on my desktop but can't get it to run on the Wacom mobil studio pro
I also did a sfc /scannow command and found nothing

The more I tried to fix my issues, the worse it became. I finally reset the laptop and will reload stuff. I did Paintstorm first and when I went to run it, nortons identified it as a Trojan ... 9. I took that off since it is running ok on the pc and all is well now

Yes Norton will remove key files or the app completely in some cases. I have set it up so it recognizes it as safe.

Generally Norton lists the executable as a generic trojan. Dont know if the PSS team was aware? Each new version suffers from this hiccup. Even though Norton has the onus, you folks may want to contact them about the issue. It may hinder less tech savvy folks without them realizing the cause of their issue.

I am tech savvy and it is a deterrent for me. Installing an "unknown" developer program and then to have it flagged as a trojan is very unsettling. On top of that there is not much info out there about the development team so it becomes very hard to trust. If more info is put out there about what the program does and why, as well as more info about the developers, it goes a long way to help people trust the program. It is a really good painting program so I want to trust it.
