Cannot use both licenses

When I bought Paintstorm Studio last year I bought 2 licenses, one for myself and one for my girlfriend.

Since then, she has often had the problem that Paintstorm Studio stops working and asks for the license again.
And typically the software claims that both licenses are activated, so she cannot use her program. Well, they WERE both activated.

On my personal page here it says that I have two licenses activated. So her license is supposedly also active, but not working.
She cannot use her software as a result. The program asks her to activate the license, even though it should be working fine.

There is no information in the program which of the licenses that I use, so I have no idea which license I should deactivate.
The standard for most software applications is to let users see the license they are running on. I don't want to blindly deactivate the wrong license.
