Unsure if it's related to updating Windows, but I can no longer use the program on my PC. As soon as I open it Paintstorm starts blinking wildly and clicking in a random place will make it stop but I can do nothing else. I've tried deleting the program off my PC and reinstalling to no effect. Any guidance would be extremely helpful.

Try to reinstall graphics card drivers.
