can't view painting after update to 2.31

There is just a blank space where the painting should be, as well as in the navigator. You can see the painting in the layers panel and the program still records brush strokes. I tried different view settings, re-installing and updating drivers.

Try to delete/backup "Documents/Paintstorm Studio/" folder
Paintstorm will create a new clean after restarting.... Is it still the same?

I'm having the same issue. I tried your suggestion and it didn't work. It works fine on my laptop that's running windows 8. I have windows 7 on the computer I'm having issues with.

Hi... I am also having issues with not being able to view painting. I have downloaded Paintstorm 2.31 (on a trial) on Linux Mint 19. I have tried your earlier suggestion to delete the Home Paintstorm folder and re-start the program but still have had no luck.

2.31 version requires OpenGL 3.2 (or higher) version.
If your graphics card does not support it download the previous version: http://www.paintstormstudio.com/Paintst ... 30_x64.exe
